PRAYER:
Heavenly Father,
As I come before You I ask for Your guidance in the moments when anger tries to take hold of my heart. Help me to seek wisdom in my responses, to pause and reflect before I speak or act. Teach me to see beyond the immediate feelings and to respond with kindness and understanding. I desire to embody the wisdom that comes from you, so that I may handle conflicts with grace and maturity. Lord, may my actions reflect Your love and peace, transforming anger into opportunities for healing. Draw me closer to You, that I may trust in Your ways and find strength in Your presence. In Jesus' name,
Amen.
