 God’s Warning Lights!

 

Psalms 19:7-11

Psalm 19:7-11 - The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple. 

The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes. 

The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether. 

More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb. 

Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward.

 

What do you do when the check engine light comes on in your car?

Ignore It! ! !

Get mad and wish it would go off!!!!

Unplug It!!!

Take it in and get it checked!!!

Diagnose, Correct the problem, Reset  

 

God sends warning lights in our lives!

By His Word!

Psalms 19:11

By Thy Word is Thy servant warned.

 

By the Preacher! – Ezekial 3:17 - Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me. 

 

By God Himself!

Hebrews 11:7 - By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith. 

We can heed these warnings and allow God to work in our lives, or we can ignore the warnings and see what happens.
